About Me:

Hello, my name is Sonita and I was born with intuitive gifts, passed down from generation to generation in my family. Accepting my intuitive gifts was not easy for me as I struggled to define them, use them in my 'normal' world, and deal with the stigma (positive and negative) that comes with my special types of gifts.

After the passing of my own dad, I embraced these gifts and saw them for the blessing they are. Every day I am thankful that I was trusted with this gift- it has been a source of light and love. Each connection I make is a testament to the infinite love that tells us we are never alone.

In a session with me, we will look at the present to see what’s helping, hindering, sabotaging, or blocking you. Connecting to the past we will explore hidden emotional trauma events that are impacting you in the present and stopping you from moving forward into your future. When I explore the future, I look at possibilities rather than predictions - I am a believer that your choices influence your journey between your pre-destined/ fate points. My goal is to help you get to these marker points and explore not only the ‘what’ but also the actions you can take to get you moving.
