A Step-by-Step Guide to Opening a Payoneer Account
Before starting, ensure you have the following details and documents ready:
- Full Name (as per ID)
- ID Card (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License)
- Email Address
- Date of Birth (same as on ID card)
- Full Residential Address (as on ID card)
- Phone Number (for verification purposes)
- Bank Account Details (bank account must be in the same name as on ID card)

Select the country of your bank:
After selecting the bank country, click on Sign up button.
If you are an individual or freelancer, then keep selected:
- No, my business isn`t registered

Then fill up your personal details i.e. First Name, Last Name, Email address, and Date of birth.
In the next step, add your address details.
In next step add your security details e.g. password, security questions, and ID details.
Please provide your bank details. This will let you receive funds to your bank account.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy & Policy and Pricing and Fees.
After filling these details, you will receive a confirmation email, and in 3 days, you can receive and send money.
Please check your email and click on the verify my email.
After clicking on the verify my email, you will receive a thank you message.
You can check the status of your account by login in it. Enter your username or emails and password.
When you log in, you can check the status of your bank account.
After this, you receive the email to submit your documents. Click on go to verification center and login to your account.
Please submit your documents.
Once your information is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Payoneer. This email will contain details about your account and how to access it.
After approval, you can receive and send money.
If you have registered a business or work on behalf of any business, then select
- Yes, I own or represent a registered business.
Please fill your company details and the name of the authorized representative.
In the next step, please add your company address.
In next step add your security details e.g. password, security questions, ID details, company registration number, and date.
In the last step, please add your bank details on which you want to receive the funds.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy & Policy and Pricing and Fees.
After filling these details, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please check your email.
After this email, you will receive to submit your company documents
Click on the go to verification center or you can also submit the documents via login to your account and setting verification center.
Once your information is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Payoneer. This email will contain details about your account and how to access it.
After approval, you can receive and send money.
