I’ve been called an old soul my whole life, and I’ve come to embrace that truth. For as long as I can remember, I’ve walked between worlds — seeing the unseen, knowing the unknowable, and feeling the quiet hum of energy all around me. My earliest memories are filled with gentle exchanges with Spirit, encounters with souls beyond the veil, and an intuitive awareness that defied logic.
Being neurodivergent (Autistic + ADHD), a trauma survivor, and queer woman has shaped my approach to healing — making it one deeply rooted in empathy, understanding, and compassion. I know what it feels like to walk through darkness searching for light, only to discover that the light was within me all along — and that the darkness was never something to fear, but something to be embraced with awareness and grace.
