Hi, I’m Liz, and I help people heal and I am a guide on this journey.

I know how to guide healing because I’ve been on a life-long healing journey of my own.
I always knew I was different, but I didn’t always know what to do with that information. I knew I didn’t originate on this planet, I knew I was here to help change it, but it took me a long time to figure out how to do that. I experienced a lot of uncomfortable tension and anxiety about this, and in my 20s, I felt as though I was floundering. I lacked the ambition and motivation to find all the answers within.

You see, for a long time, I didn’t want to die, but I didn’t want to live. So many things were out of balance in my life - I drank alcohol all of the time, I wasn’t serious about my mission in this lifetime, and I was stuck. I searched for happiness, I searched for something other than pain. I searched for a life with purpose and quickly realized that I couldn’t find it outside of myself. Nope, all of that had to come from within. And I very rarely found role models or teachers. I more often found people and relationships that shook me so that eventually I could crack myself open, and heal the things that needed to be examined, resolved, and integrated back into their proper places.

I began building my spiritual healing toolbox by taking my first tarot card lessons in 2008, and by becoming a massage therapist in 2011. I had psychics tell me I was also psychic, but that I just didn’t care about it yet. That was a hard truth, but it was the truth. I learned reiki, I learned chakra balancing. I learned how to get back into the body I had dissociated from for so long through hot yoga and meditation. Things became more aligned, and the hard stuff was cleared out eventually through a lot of work. That work was so rewarding, and it allowed me to grow in ways that I chose and desired to grow.

I started to create the life that I wanted to live. I plugged into my soul, I listened, and I acted in honest ways of how I wanted to be. In 2019, I met my husband, moved out of Pittsburgh and into Ellwood City, and finally began living the life that was waiting for me. Today, we have healing centers and retreats, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping other people heal.
I am spiritually grounded. I connect with others in a way that is real, and serious, but also light-hearted and joyful. You see, this journey is just that, a journey. We will not find all of our answers in one day, and we are not seeking a particular destination that when we arrive at it, we are complete. We will continuously evolve and grow. And that exists in the present moment is where the beauty and the joy lives.

In these sessions, what I’m going to do is to talk to you about what’s off in your life. I’m going to look at your body’s energy structure and read it to you when I see and channel it. I’m going to give you very tangible suggestions when it feels appropriate, on how to continue to walk your path. Sometimes that is through breath work or moving your body in a specific intuitive way, and sometimes I may see that you connect mostly to the ground and suggest you put your feet directly into that earth, to remember that you are a part of it, and not separate.
