Why The Signs Conflict
Zodiac Signs conflict because they're just human. We can't get along perfectly with everyone. It's because of personality traits and behaviors. We harmonize with some people, and we clash with others. Sometimes it's because of the elements that the Zodiac sign is, but other times it's just because of traits. Conflicting traits aside, you could clash with somebody because you're entirely too much alike. Notice that the bossiest people tend to fight for dominance over everyone else, and they fight each other the hardest. The people who tend to need the most attention will fight to get attention from people instead of giving each other attention. Sometimes we conflict with people because we're not paying attention to our own behavior.

Air and Water
The air signs are Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius. These signs are known for their communications, sociability, and the need for variety in their lives. They are outspoken, have no tolerance for what they feel is drama, and set firm boundaries in their lives. They live their lives on their own terms, call the shots, and refuse to be dominated. Some people think that they are mouthy, bossy, wishy washy, and pushy. The Water Signs can be easily overwhelmed by these outgoing Air Signs. Fire and Earth
The Fire Signs are Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. They are even more outspoken than Air Signs, and they state things very forcefully. They are highly independent with a quickly changeable nature. They need a lot of variety, a lot of freedom, and they like to have a lot of fun. When they are dealing with some type of tragedy, they are highly likely to make light of the situation with dark humor, which is very off putting to the more serious Earth Signs. It's not that Fire Signs don't take anything seriously, it's that they don't take things so seriously that it bogs them down. Earth Signs think of them as irresponsible, emotionally unstable, and downright childish a lot of times.
Earth Signs are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. These are the people most likely to be called “old reliable”, and they are so set in their ways, once you have figured them out, you can usually stay one or two steps ahead of them because they are that predictable. It takes them a long time to figure out routines that they feel are best, and then once they do, they stick with those. People put a lot of faith in them and think of them as highly responsible individuals. They also find themselves in leadership positions and can be intolerant of people who need more freedom and do not like structured routine- Like Fire Signs. Gemini and Pisces
Geminis are intelligent, engaging, charismatic, and everybody flocks to them. A Pisces may initially find their conversation alluring, but they quickly discover that Geminis can be superficial, gossippy, and emotionally flighty. Pisces people are focused on caretaking, teaching, or doing things to help people. Sexually, they may be drawn to the charisma of Gemini, but then they feel deprived because Gemini's can't be tied down. Cancer and Sagittarius
Sagittarians are the biggest clowns in the Zodiac. Cancers love to have fun, they just need more stability than this. They need to know when you're both going home, and they need to know where you are when you aren't home. Leo and Scorpio
Maybe Geminis think they're the most charismatic Zodiac sign, but they're not. It's Leo. Leos walk in like they own the room, everybody wants to be their instant best friend, and their confidence levels are at 1000 out of 10. Scorpios take their time to get to know you, are always analyzing things, and are very serious about having committed relationships with the people they like. Virgo and Libra
Libras and Virgos are both hardworking, passionate about what they do, and tend to be heading some type of project, workplace, or organization. Libras tend to lead more emotionally, and are focused on relationships. Virgos tend to lead based on tasks, and the project is more important than the team, which could change at any time. Libras are terrible flirts, and Virgo doesn't want anyone to flirt with them unless Virgo flirts first. Neither one of them means to do this, but communications can end up with the two of them sparring over who is going to dominate whatever is happening. Can We Get Along?
We can all get along, but we all have to be willing to do what it takes to make sure that happens. We all have the tendency to think that our way is the best way to be. We expect other people to be flexible with us, but we don't want to be as flexible with them. Sometimes, if you can be humble enough to be flexible with someone before they're flexible with you, they will respond with a surprising amount of flexibility you had not expected. Sometimes they don't, but your flexibility means that you get along instead of beginning World War Three in the office, in your family, in your friends group, or in your general neighborhood.
We don't have to change how we are to suit other people. We don't have to agree with everything that everybody says. If you naturally clash with someone and can't have them close to you in your personal life, that doesn't mean that you have to fight with them, demand they change, or openly hate them. It just means that it takes all kinds of people to make the world, and the infinite variety in life makes us all beautiful just the way we are. If you can take that attitude with people, no matter how disruptive they want to be, it's going to be very difficult for them not to get along with you.
