Gemini's are Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde at work. One minute, they are the enthusiastic worker who wants to put in a good day's work and succeed while on the job. The next minute, they are stirring up trouble. They don't set out to do this. It's just that when there's a little bit of drama on the job, sometimes they like to keep it going because they think it's so much fun. Leo
Leos are the stars of the show no matter where they go. They are larger than life, charismatic, dynamic, and amazing to watch when they are at a career where they succeed. Just don't tick them off. If you show what they think of as the least hint of disrespect, they will chastise you in the most condescending way possible. They don't even care who hears it. Virgo
Virgos think they are the best at being in charge, and that everybody should do everything they say. Libra
Libras seem to know what they're talking about, have it all together, and effortlessly lead the whole team. If you learn one thing from working with a Libra, you will learn that confidence does not always equal competence. Libras don't lie about their skills or credentials. They just tend to be so responsible that more responsibility gets dumped on them than they deserve. They end up doing their job, their boss's job, and the jobs of three people who the boss just fired so they could dump the work on the Libra. Scorpio
Scorpios are quiet, hardworking individuals who are content to do their jobs, mind their own business, and go home with a paycheck that they rightfully earned at the end of the day. Sagittarius
Sagittarians can be the best workers or the worst workers, depending on one thing. Is the task something they want to do or not? Sagittarians are like any other sign. Sometimes they find themselves in the unfortunate position that they have to work a job just to pay bills. Something inside them withers when this happens. Aquarius
Each Aquarian is different. At work, they all have some similar patterns of behavior. They need to be autonomous, have room to create, and to lead. Do You Have to Stand for It?
Just because someone was born with a tendency their Zodiac Sign gave them doesn’t mean they can’t choose. Bad behaviors are our fault, no matter what anyone says. Some people will blame their bad behavior on how they were born, saying “That's just the way I am”. Actually, that's just the way they choose to be. There comes a point in our lives when we have to take responsibility for our actions. Maybe we have a natural tendency to want to do something a particular way. We have the power to refuse those natural tendencies every moment.
Since the decisions that we make are up to us, there are also consequences for our decisions. Every time we choose to give in to bad habits, there will be a negative consequence for that, even if someone just thinks that we're a bad person.
